Payment
All sessions must be paid in advance simply because unused sessions can be refunded,
but something learned cannot be returned.
No show policy
Students who are not present for their coaching session or who are more than fifteen (15) minutes
late are considered No-Shows. If the client is a No-Show, he or she is still responsible for the payment
of the session. Also, for clients arriving late, I reserve the right to coach only to the end of the allotted
time. This allows me to begin on time for appointments with other students.
Cancellation
Brain Coach for Kids! understands that sometimes unforseen circumstances may necessitate changes in schedules.
If such changes in plans lead to cancellation or rescheduling of a previously-scheduled lesson, we would waive
our cancellation fees provided that parents notify us via phone at least 1 day in advance prior to the originally
scheduled coaching lesson. A good faith effort will be made to reschedule a make-up appointment for the same week.
A cancellation fee of $10 will be assessed if a 24-hour notice is not given.
